STACEY STUART
Being fairly new to the bluegrass world,
Stacey began singing as a small child
with her mother and father in church.
Southern Gospel was her foundation
but in her twenties her father
introduced her to bluegrass gospel.
It was through this group she was
introduced to our former banjoist Len
Camp and developed a greater
interest in bluegrass music.
Stacey is the only active founding
member of Coyote Ridge. Soon after
the band was started, she met Doug
when he assumed the bass duties for
the band. Matching vocals with Doug
became a strong part of the band.
What started as a musical friendship
soon became a lifelong commitment.
Stacey and Doug have been married
for 4 years.
Stacey also manages her own design
business, SS Designs that features
handcrafted jewelry, hand painted
decorative glass, business cards and
announcements.
